The Joy of the Season

I know so many of you have enjoyed the trips out, visits and holidays and so I thought we could concentrate on these for some of the Summer Saturdays. days when many of us would have been out and about and enjoying the joys of the season. I think of all those who craft is flowers and the arranging of them in church, for weddings and other celebrations. The joy of the season! Those who like to pack a flask and picnic and have a trip out to walk or just sample the delights of a local beauty spot . The joy of the season! The warm, light months for outdoor and indoor celebrations, parties, get togethers, anniversaries of Ordinations, being with family and friends. The joy of the season!

For an utterly restful experience we travel to Herefordshire. This place may be known to some of you but a possible lovely day out as well.

You might not know of Hampton Court in Herefordshire. This is a beautiful place with gorgeous and intriguing gardens and space to explore the surrounding countryside. I haven't been here for some years but am told it is even better than before! When I have been there, the house wasn't open to the public but do know it is now a popular wedding venue, and if you have the money you can see why!

To accompany our summery trip let us enjoy Vivladi's Summer.

Sonnet 18 - William Shakespeare.

Summer is a popular and well loved season and even in the various states we find ourselves in this year let us enjoy it fragile beauty. The joy of the season!
