It looks like we had two quizzes yesterday - my bad! Anyhow, you had plenty to keep your little grey cells working away.
The weather forecast looks good for today so I hope you make the most of getting out and about in the sunshine. I will be taking my youngest son, Neil to look at second hand cars this afternoon as our little run around has finally bit the dust. I also hope to run around the field - well walk if I'm honest - with Maude who always loves a walk with Mike and me at the weekend. Generally, It's with one or other of us in the week but we manage to go out together at weekends.
I've seen lots of photographs of the sunflowers down at Rosedew Farm of the last couple of weeks but I gather they have gone now. Mike has a small sunflower growing in a pot outside the house and there appears to be a little bud coming along nicely. He's also got a couple of tomatoes and a strawberry plant which is just flowering. I'm not sure there'll be a large harvest but it's promising some tasty benefits!
Tomorrow our Sunday Service is brought to us by our Ordinand, Rick Gratton, who I hope we will get to know a little better over the coming months as he begins he journey towards a priestly ministry in Llandaff Diocese.
I will be back on Monday for the new week - in the meantime, don't forget to be safe in these Crazy Days...
