Today is the last of this series of videos from Sheila and Philip and haven't they been a breath of fresh mountain air? I do love the Lake District. Is it a special place for you too?

Today Philip and Sheila are guiding us on an industrial walk. We often forget that some of our striking countryside, is the result of industry, When I served in Tintern, the smelting, charcoal making etc for hundreds of years, all that industry and today so peaceful beautiful and green. So today we walk in the way of many through the Coniston Coppermines,

Copper is an interesting metal and with it oxidising green over time. I thought we could see how copper is used in architecture to great effect. I do love these sheep!

Thank you as always Philip and Sheila for the beautiful walk and waking us up to other things.
