Caerfai, Porthclais and Caer Bwdy - Sheila and Philip Morris

I have missed Philip and Sheila's wanderings over the last couple of weeks, but also have been refreshed by Jude's different approach and I think we have gained so much.

We are with Sheila and Philip in West Wales this week and on a walking tour with them. It promises to be exciting, though maybe blustery and cool. Wrap up well!

This is a most picturesque area of the world, beautiful, ever-changing and just quite stunning. It is no wonder many of us retreat there year after year for holidays and a time of rest and recuperation. Now let us be led by our experienced hosts, with many thanks.
